- 2+ years on windows system administration.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems (WinNT/2k/2k3).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS/DDNS and DHCP.
- Awareness of Terminal Service (remote console) and other remote management tools.
- Knowledge of Security patch management
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Resource Kit tools.
- Experience in Server Monitoring & System Administration.
- User / System Administration (user account management, file changes, permission changes)
- Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical contents.
