• 2+ years on windows system administration.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems (WinNT/2k/2k3). 
• Knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS/DDNS and DHCP. 
• Awareness of Terminal Service (remote console) and other remote management tools. 
• Knowledge of Security patch management
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Resource Kit tools.
• Experience in Server Monitoring &  System Administration.
• User / System Administration (user account management, file changes, permission changes)
• Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness excellent spoken and written communication skills. 
• Ability to communicate complex technical contents.
